CARRAMAR | Our Multi-Award winning ‘Carramar’ project is set in the rolling hills on the East Coast of NSW with views out to the coastline. ‘Carramar’ was built on half an acre of deep red, alluvial soil. The site provided many opportunities to create a series of levels throughout the property, giving a sense of walking through different rooms of the garden. An out-of-ground pool with limestone coping and spotted gum decking capture the expansive views to the coastline. This part of NSW is rich in the volcanic rock basalt which was largely sourced from site to build the retaining walls along the driveway and as the firepit seating area.
